About Me

I am 36 years old and I have lived in Chillicothe my whole life. Even if i had the chance to live somewhere else I don't think I would. I have been married for almost 17 years and I have a daughter that is 14 and a half years old. She is already begging me to let her drive a bit down our road. Talk about aging quickly...lol. She is a great kid with alot of her mother's personality. We are very close and spend alot of time together. we also now have an exchange student living with us for the next year. Isadora (Isa) for short is 17 years old and comes to us from brazil. She is very quiet most of the time but has a great sense of humor. she definetly looks like she fits in this family with her dark hair and dark eyes. I think when we are all our together people probably think she belongs to us. So far she is fitting in great and has made alot of friends at school. Tori is also enjoying having a big sister. That is something she is not used to:) so if you see us around be sure to say hi to her!

My Interests

I love anything to do with cooking....which is really funny because i didn't know that until about a year ago. Up to then i hated to cook. I guess I just didn't know I could do it:)I also love to hang out with my friends at the tiki bar. It is the best bar in town!!!

I'd like to meet:

There are alot of people that I would like to meet. The world is full of interesting people. If I could meet anyone right now it would probably be Michael Buble. I am such a fan of his music and I think he would be awesome to talk to. Politically I would love to talk to Hilary Clinton. I have alot of admiration for someone that can juggle as much in life as she has for the last several years and still have an identity herself. That doesn't mean that i would vote for her but i do think she would be interesting to meet and talk to.

Music:

I have a hard time finding stuff I don't like. My dad had been in a band since i was small and he has taught me to apreciate all kinds of music. At any one time on my ipod you will find ludacris, elton john, micheal buble, gwen stefani, and fergie annd my dad's band Mudhouse Project (how cool is that...my dad is on I-Tunes:)....i really can't think of any type of music i wouldn't listen to. Maybe Heavy Metal...but I could probably even stand that for awhile. I also think that Tori keeps me young. If something comes out that I haven't heard she downloads it for me. I am also a huge Idol fan and I think that the contestants this year are very talented. It will be hard to pick a winner.

Movies:

I have lots of favorite movies...the breakfast club, pretty in pink, gone with the wind, titanic, national treasure, and anything with sean connery...cause he is hot!!!!!!!!!

Television:

I like anything that is on the food network. I am also a sucker for reality tv....american idol, big brother, survivor...all that stuff. but for the most part the tv is always on the food network! My new favorite show is Gossip Girl. really cool show with great fashion.

Books:

I will read anything I can get my hands on!!!!!!

Heroes:

Anyone that changes the world in a positive way. We need all the help we can get! I also think that my husband is my hero. I recently had knee surgery that put me out of commission for about three months and he did a GREAT job of keeping up the house and taking care of me. I know that he is always swamped at worke and that he had to be exhausted but he never complained. What a great guy. I know that I can always depend on him to be there.
