Maitreya Festival 2009 is once again ready for another explosion of art, music, and an atmosphere created by the gathering of brothers and sisters from Australia and around the globe for 4 magical days in summer. Since the beginning of time, people have gathered under the sun and the stars to celebrate the unbridled spirit that runs through everything around us, Maitreya Festival continues the party and hopes to bring new understanding to all who involve themselves and join us for this years festival.
The festival includes a ..$10,000 no boundaries, inter galactic art prize, 3 stages of Australia's best local music lineup, plus performances from 15 amazing international acts.., mind body spirit and sustainable culture symposiums, nightly cinema under the stars, international traders market, camping on site or quality accommodation nearby, and the most amazing people in the world, in the one spot, for four wonderful days in summer!
