While documenting small town carnivals across America in 1925, silent filmmaker Paul Bird captures a horrific event. The footage was confiscated by local authorities as evidence and stored in police archives. Now discovered 82 years later, this footage has never been shownâ€¦. until now.
Music playing was composed by Philip Glass for Clive Barkers film Candy Man and is only being used as an example for potential composers for our film
