About Me

BIOGRAPHY
Some believe nothing is impossible, others doubt their every move and action. The life of 4 Rhymes is a very appealing life. 4 Rhymes was raised in Europe, with many struggles in his path. Not many years ago, this young artist thought everything was impossible. After overcoming some of the major barriers, 4 Rhymes would run into the most trouble-free problem and fall dead in his tracks. This thinking style all came to a stop when hip-hop was introduced to 4 Rhymes. He believed it was a way of sharing how he felt, and rather then doing it physically he set his mind straight and expressed how he felt deep inside.
"I can really feel what I write, and what a write has a feeling right back at me" he says. At a young age, artist 4 Rhymes began to write his first verses and songs. At the beginning, just like many young MCs all of his verses were about the same old things. Whether it was shooting or killing someone to other ideas such as pimping hoes and smoking weed. Most of his crowds and audiences appreciated his ability to flow and rhyme words so freely, but they just simply couldn't take the topics that he recited about.
As he looked back at his past verses and tracks, he came to realize that his hip-hop wasn't hip hop at all. His lyrics were ignorant and foolish. "I couldn't go on writing about foolish things that struck my head, I had to focus on today's society, and the everyday events of my life" he stated. So when push came to shove, 4 Rhymes got down to work and wrote magnificent verses explaining his struggles and barriers in life. Not only that but he talked about a lot of other events in our society. He finally realized how important it was to write truthfully, rather than speaking irrelevantly towards rap.
Most of his inspiration came to him from former musical artist Marshall Mathers also known as Eminem or Slim Shady. When he picked up the copy of the Marshall Mathers LP he was truly moved. He saw how hard it was for Eminem to get on with his life and deal with his problems. So at that point in time 4 Rhymes decided to include his life in rap. He would write poems, verses and many tracks about the different events in his life. Either positive or negative, he would jot down events by the minute, and look back to it and relate to it in a hip-hop attitude.
So as things were thrown to him in the positive position, 4 Rhymes progressed with rap and never gave up. He wrote regularly and busted out small freestyles with friends and other MCs. He came to make small demo albums, some of around 7-8 tracks and show them of to everybody with great gratitude and pride. As of now, hip-hop is in his everyday life. "If it weren't for hip-hop I'd still be doubting things right now. Thanks to hip-hop, I now realize that life is a struggle and nothing comes without effort."
