The Profactory is the true definition of an independent label. A label based on freedom of expression and artistic liberty. We wanted to give ourselves the opportunity to create and release our work without the interference of the unsympathetic. We believe that originality is inevitable in achieving perfection and self-satisfaction. Dedication to the music and working hard for what you believe in is one of the cornerstones of our label… We think it’s extremely important to believe that ideals should be pursued and put up the fight against an industry that has lost its variety... The Profactory was founded in 2005 by Troels K. Kjær(Exampler), Teit Voss(Dialecs) and Nicolai Rasmussen(Mr. Mix). The founding lead to the release of the debut album by D'Artcore(Dialecs & Exampler). The album is called 'D'Artcore/Highmindedness' and can be bought in most hiphop stores around CPH, on ughh.com or runforcovershop.dk or you can just write us a message and we'll figure something out...
