What we are:
allSynthpop.com Music Directory is the largest known directory of Web resources related to synthpop, electroclash, idustrial, EBM, electro, futurepop, gothic, and similar genres of alternative electronic music.
How to use the directory:
Browse or search hundreds of listings. Find bands, labels, magazines, stores, promotion, and more. Each link comes with description, photos, news, reviews, discographies, and other up-to-date information.
How to get listed:
If your Web site is related to any of the above music genres or to the show biz in general you can easily have it listed in allSynthpop.com Music Directory (it's free!). All you need to do is fill this form:

What we are not:
In short, allSynthpop.com Music Directory is NOT a community site like MySpace or Soundclick where you register and get your own profile page to maintain. We are more like a Wiki or a community directory where the information can be submitted by anyone and can be updated and corrected by anybody. That is, once your site is published anyone (including yourself) can submit corrections and updates. We do, however, screen and preview all submission before publishing to prevent spamming, abuse, and to thwart the most obvious errors and typos.
OPTIONALLY, you can register and that allows you to post in the forums, write blogs, post reviews, contact other members, and so on. You do get a personal profile page when you register (so other members would know who you are) but it is NOT a directory listing!

PUBLISH REVIEWS! If you are a promoter consider writing or re-publishing reviews for the bands and the releases you're promoting. Every registered member can publish short reviews. Alternatively, you can apply for editorial account and publish fill-sized featured reviews. The only thing we ask for is to always credit the writer and to provide the link to the original publication. Better yet contact the writer and obtain his or her permission to re-publish.
For extra promotion contact us for banner exchange / ad space sales. In most cases we won't charge money but rather ask for a sample of your work, so we would feel comfortable promoting it. We also offer a selection of commercial promotion opportunities .

Hi! My name is Mikhail or, as most people call me, just Mik . I'm a long-time synth-pop fan and the sole creator of allSynthpop.com Music Directory . I'm an IT professional and an amateur musician with years of experience in both fields. In IT world I am mostly known for my work with Oracle and McGill University. As a musician, I enjoy writing and producing synthpop-flavoured music. I'm a big fan of Roland synths (for sound) and FL Studio software (for simplicity and flexibility). I'm always up for remixing and collaboration work with other muscians. The last thing, please don't get upset if you send me an e-mail / CD / promo materials and I don't get back to you promptly.
