Music has always taken an essential place in the life of Marc / Interstate 94. Born in Paris in 1978, he started learning the piano at the age of 6.
If Classical Music mainly influenced Marc's approach of music, he has also always been listening to many other kinds of music, from Rock to Soul, up to Rap and Jazz. At 14 , he began playing guitar and created his first Rock band two years later. More interested in playing his own songs than covers, he started composing his first tracks at the same time.It's in December 1998 during an EL UE party that Marc first listened to Techno Music. Immediatly fascinated by the rythm and the groove of this Music, he purchased his first turntables a few months later and has never left them ever since. He also produced his first Techno tracks in 2001.Initially attracted by Detroit Techno, Marc is now interested in several aspects of Electronic Music, from House to Electro. Since 2004, he has been composing some Electro tracks with his friend Obeno under the name of No More Cab.
