I believe that friendship is the most important aspect of any working relationship, not just three hours over a drink and chat, bit of a dance that indulges the senses but it dose not constitute a friendship, one that is given time to grow, one where your idiosyncrasies are not a Flor but part of the charter that is part of the individual......
