Hailing from Paris, France, LeDids started playing music when he was just 11 years old. Using a double tape deck, a lot of bravado and no mixing whatsoever, he provided the soundtrack to his siblings’ parties to the sound of Disco and Funky music in the early 80s.
Intimately connected to everything Dance Music, he continued his journey through the French Capital’s clubs and all around the UK before recently invading Los Angeles. Whether it’s House, Electro or Progressive beats, LeDids is widely recognized for his uncanny ability to play to the crowd and get a dance floor on fire like no one else can.
While he still has a soft spot for his homeland, today his focus is on spreading the groove all over the West Coast and beyond. He produces an international weekly podcast both in English and in French on his website, allowing thousands to access the latest House/Electro/Progressive tracks, and spends time in the studio in anticipation for the release of his first tracks on his own label At Night Records.
Clubs LeDids has played in include L.A.X., Element, Crash Mansion, V2O, Heat Ultra Lounge, Cruise Room, Brussels Laguna Beach, Ocean Avenue and the Knitting Factory just to name a few. He has held residencies for House 101 @ Element Hollywood and House Call Mondays @ Port Corona Del Mar.
