Moso is the very last pseudonym of Max Chapados, a Montreal artist who made his reputation in the techno group Nuclear Ramjet. In 1996, he produced his first solo album entitled “Trance Modulaire”, under the name of Aeon.

His meeting with Felix-Antoine Richer in 1992 set the wheels in motion for future colloborations and eventually spawned Nuclear Ramjet in 1997 with Dj Nivoc. They launched their first album " The Age of Aquarius"the following year.

This formation gave us another two albums: Music for Spaceports (2001) and Mission to Sedna (2006) as well asseveral releases on compilations, vinyls, digital downloads and a slew of remixes. of remixes. vinyls, remix and digital download.

Under the name of Moso, Max Chapados delivers a new album, “New World Order”, which contrasts with the psychedelic trance that made Nuclear Ramjet successful. This time Moso invites us to an ambient musical experiment which will make the spirit travel in cinematographic ambiance.

The album “New World Order” inaugurates a new kind of music: politically committed electronic music! Moso presents his political views to us through a criticism of historical construction and evolution of the objective enemy, which the cover of the album illustrates very well.

The purpose of this album is to encourage people to think for themselves by questioning historical and current events rather than relying on the mass medias interpretation.

The musical style makes it possible for the listener to open their mind and imagination while following the atmospheric melodies. The music is ambient, one finds post-nuclear accents here, acoustic instruments there, and ending it all is a revolutionary anthem with reggae flavor.

Moso invited several reputed artists to take part in this album and their presence adds a cordial texture not present in most electronic music.
