Elvis Mellon broadcasts Earth Rock n Roll across the Galaxy through out the Galactic Confederation from his hidden pirate radio station K.L.S.D and the insidious Draco star empire- comprised of sentient reptiles who are tone deaf and hate music-ESPECIALLY hate Rock n Roll and have put a price on his head.
ZOR the Emperor of the Draco has started a galactic war over this and has vowed to mount Elvis's head in his throne room. Elvis is too concerned about spilling his Jim Beam milk shake and missing the beggining of Space Ghost to be bothered.
