About Me

My name is Sean. I'm 34 years old. I grew up in Oregon. I lived in Alaska for several years(hoping to go back soon)and now live in Austin,Texas.I work as a Chef and Fish Monger. I have had the good fortune of being able to make my career an adventure. I have cooked on boats in the Bering Sea,spent time as the Chef of a kids camp,worked in various resorts, country clubs,and a hunting camp. I really enjoy it. Presently, I am trying to get a catering and mobile food service started in Austin, Texas.
