About Me

I've been making songs for eleven years. I started with a 4-track, now I use a Mac. I play guitar, manipulate it with samplers, and add drum machines and synths. I'm interested in making music that combines the spirit of rock bands like Gang of Four and the Minutemen, with the soul of minimal house, using thoughtful composition techniques a la John Cage and Steve Reich. I'm always looking for people to collaborate with, either as a band or a remix project.

Big Chris

Big Chris is the name of a character in one of my favourite books - The Human Comedy by William Saroyan. It's also a pretty straightforward reference to the kind of guys I find attractive (hopefully ...

I'm not feeling well either...

I named that song "I'm not feeling well either" on the spur of the moment.  I was uploading it to Myspace, and it needed a title - the vocals are from a teach yourself Catalan cd, and appear to b...
