I do not understand the reasons behind many of Manson's anti-God statements, beyond the fact that he is the pinnacle of non-conformity and this is the best way to emphasize it.
I stand firm in my beliefs and in my faith, but at the same time do not condemn him for his. Why? You might ask…This is why I no longer claim myself “Christian” but rather as Progeny of the Tetragrammaton, or, Children of YHWH (Yahweh, God…). The Christian has befouled their name by taking it upon themselves to fulfill the tasks that God reserves for Himself… to pass judgment.
People say that the Christians are “weak” and it’s the “walk on us” religion… I cannot say I’ve memorized the Word front to back, but I do believe there is a certain point where we have the right to defend ourselves. I read an ignorant post of the obvious black and white contrast comparison:

First and foremost, there’s not a whole lot of ground to listen to someone who learned their “faith” from another disbeliever, rather than discovering it on his own.
Second…It dawned on me that in the parable where Christ turned the other cheek… the situation was nothing more than petty ridicule, not immediate physical threat to His life. When it comes to His crucifixion however, that was His duty on earth, when “we owed a debt we couldn’t pay, He came to pay a debt He didn’t owe”. That was His destiny so that we can have ours.
His only point is that Christians are in fact brainwashed by Religion (organized, not Jesus you goon). Few Christians have any real faith. Rarely sought after, almost never obtained, faith is, sad to say, all too often learned.
It was well stated here: “pracwiz (4 days ago) I would just like to point out tht religion and faith are 2 different things A faith in Christ should stop people from committing attrocities were as religion basically wants everyone to believe the same thing! We as individual have be the guardians of what action we take from the experiences we receive and religious would be better equipt to help if they read and more inportantly understood what the New Testiment is saying to Christans. Don't just point the finger, do something to change it! “
Moving on…Does Marilyn truly "hate" my God? Or is it just for show? With the media, one can never be sure... but you can see a difference between his character on stage and off. The man he is offstage is well composed, intelligent, and courteous... and this is where I base my “judgment” of his personality. I listen to some of his music, avoiding those that go against my grain... because someone told me to? No... of my own personal preference and conviction. Despite his on stage persona... some of what he has said offstage is something I'd like to share and that I support. This man has a fine understanding of the way the world works and I truly feel he has the better part of humanity's well being in mind... I strongly suggest you look up interviews online or see his segment in Bowling for Columbine.
After Columbine, the media said the kids listened to Manson and this is why they did it… it was later discovered they didn’t even like the band… what was the next scapegoat? “Doom” and violent video games… which supports my theory even more that games are even less to blame, especially when it comes to just grabbing things out of the air to hold responsible.
I want to make it perfectly clear that I believe in Jesus Christ (Yeshua) as my savior and guiding light, but I am by no means a note-worthy follower. Kingdom of Heaven had a fine way of putting my belief into words:
