i'm katie. or kdon.
& i'm just another amateur photographer, another teenager who enjoys looking at life through her camera lens. there's just something about taking pictures that makes me extremely happy. i recently just received a canon digital rebel xt for graduating/my birthday. it's amazing. however, a lot of my photography already up was taken with my little kodak easyshare that i made due with. but i am definitely looking forward to taking many photos with the new one, and that is why i made this myspace.
when it comes to photography, i don't plan on pursuing a career, or even making money from it. i take pictures simply because pictures are a way to make a statement. they're a proven fact that beauty can lie in the most simple, ugly, modern things. & knowing i can prove that, i'm not going to miss out. i'm too young to know much else and old enough to know i'm never going to stop.
