About Me

"Steve Almond is the author of several acclaimed books, including Candyfreak, The Evil B.B. Chow, and the co-author of Which Brings Me to You. Steve was raised in Palo Alto, California, which means “big stick” in Spanish and has certain unsavory connotations about which he does not care to speak. He has been writing fiction for the last decade, and his work can be found in many literary magazines and a few books. He lives outside Boston with his wife and daughter Josephine (aka Peanut Almond) and listens to rock and roll at all hours."
