Health and Fitness are not only my career, but also my way of life. Over 15 years ago, I made a promise to myself to always choose a healthier way of living. I have never gone back on that promise, and my life has been exceptional as a result of that commitment.I truly believe that if most human beings knew how incredible being in shape feels, they would not hesitate to make the necessary changes in their own lives. Our bodies were created to heal themselves, inside and out. But we have polluted them to such an extent, we have diminished part of our inherited healing power.At this point in my life journey, I have been blessed to work as a celebrity trainer, nutrition consultant, aerobics instructor, and youth fitness specialist. My list of clients include Carrie Underwood, Vivica A. Fox, Jordin Sparks, Reuben Studdard, Fantasia Barrino, Steve Harvey, and Frenchie Davis. In addition to my celebs, I train stay at home moms, corporate execs, athletes, and everyday people. If someone has the need to get healthy, I am motivated to help them.In addition to being a Health and Fitness Specialist, I am a working fitness model.
