...San Antonio is best known around Estonia as the Brazilian music DJ who in 2004 created the clubnight Brasiilik. The party was a big success and he kept on running Brasiilik sessions; but he's been also organizing several other nights, for example Coco-Drilo Latino, which focuses on Latin-based music. From there he gained the nickname San Antonio, which reflects his interest in Brazilian and Latin music.During the years he has been DJ-ing all over Estonia. San Antonio has collaborated with some of the leading Estonian DJ-s (DJ Orav, Daddy Lahari, DJ Drummie, DJ Marjusass), has been a supporting-DJ for several foreign artsists, such as: Maga Bo (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil), Perry Louis (London, UK), 7 Samurai (Vienna, Austria), Joscha Creutzfeldt (Cologne, Germany), DJ Pinball (Helsinki, Finland), Franco Ze Carioca (Manchester, UK). He has also hosted a couple of DJ-s from Brazil, such as the master of eclectic sessions DJ Tahira (Sao Paulo) or the baile funk legend DJ Sany Pitbull (Rio de Janeiro). San Antonio has also been a supporting act for a Jazzkaar concertIn the beginning of 2007 he made his trip to Brazil to see the local music-scene and of course, to do some record-digging for his record-collecton.In autumn of 2008 he joined the team of Jazzitup! radioshow on Raadio 2 (being aired every Sunday from 8pm to 10 pm).The music that San Antonio plays at the Brazilian parties covers diversity of musical styles: samba, samba soul, samba rock, forro, hip-hop, drum'n'bass, house, baile funk or different dance floor orientated remixes and edits of the classical pieces.
