I’ve Got Two

Well what do you get if you mix a bit of Duffmen with a little touch of The Circle K, add a hint of Kozar Blip, a large portion of Toejam and a slice of User?? You end up with a kickass band line-up otherwise known as I’ve Got Two.About 9 months ago a few of us decided to start a band. We had a few changes of member in that time mainly due to time committments but we ended up with a fantastic blend of talent.For the moment we are mainly a cover band, we’re working on some original material but our main aim is to get out playing and this is where the covers come into it. What can I say...they’re easier to get down. We basically set out to be a cover band with a difference doing covers that are a little left of field to most other cover bands. Included in our set list are songs from: The Arctic Monkeys, Bodyjar, Greenday, Sum41, Fuel, Snow Patrol, The Living End, Grinspoon, Sugarcult, The Casanovas, Ok Go, Good Charlotte, Jimmy Eat World, Yellow Card, Millencolin, FallOut Boy, My Chemical Romance, Billy Talent and much much more. We set out to try and play mostly current material while keeping a few unpredicatable classics in the mix that aren’t so current and I think we’ve pretty much nailed it. As for our up and coming original songs, well who knows what direction they will take?? Between the five members the different musical influences are so broad but this can only be a good thing.
