I'm a chef working in San Diego and very passionate about the culinary arts. I've spent most of my career specializing in Japanese cuisine, emphasizing on sushi. When I'm not doing sake bombs at the sushi bar with my patrons I like to stay active by surfing, traveling, and training in mixed martial arts with the fighters from NCFC(North County Fight Club). It's all about my family and friends and having fun in the sun. ;-)
