Hello and thanks for taking the time to drop by and read this.
What we do is try and bring you the best new and local bands and acoustic artists once a month on a Thursday night (Live Bands) and Saturday nights (Acoustic artists).We also have a Friday night DJ who plays all your favourite tunes (I DJ every other Friday). We have been doing this for around a year now and have had some great bands/artists play here at THE FAIRFAX. We are lucky that we have some really great venues in Coventry and you can always find live music somewhere in the city most nights. Our aim is not to compete with these venues but to offer something different. THE FAIRFAX is not a large venue and most bands that have played have all said that they enjoy the intimacy and friendly atmosphere of THE FAIRFAX. We try to have a laid back approach towards our live music nights so the band/artist and audience enjoy their night out. THE FAIRFAX is in Spon street and as many of you probable know we have many bars and clubs nearby, so after you have seen the bands if you fancy a late night there are plenty of bars,clubs and restaurants open till late. We normally open the doors at 8 o'clock and the last band is always finished by 11.30 (Sometimes earlier). Entry is always free unless we have a charity fund raiser and then a donation is optional.
