Synopsis
The Nursery is made up of a number of interweaving plots, concerning characters from a variety of different backgrounds, whose fates ultimately become tied together by a series of events in Copunica, a small island nation in the Atlantic. The Republic of Copunica is an ancient, obscure and corrupt theocracy which is counting down to the date at which the end of civilisation has been prophesised. As the events leading up to Armageddon begin to unfold, mysterious forces vie for the world’s future and various characters find themselves caught up in this conflict, either by accident or by design.
Content
There is some occasional coarse language and depictions of violence, sex and drug abuse. As the narrative is told from a number of different viewpoints, the content varies, depending on the protagonist. All characters and events portrayed are entirely fictitious, as are the Copunican Isles and their religions.
