About Me

Formed in 1995 with Ian on guitar, Jarrod on drums, and Scott on bass/vocals, they played their first show at the Esperanza High School Creative Impulse Concert. They soon recorded thier 4 song demo tape "FED UP" at Beef Stewdios enginered and produced by good friend Paul Miner. Many shows at Koo's Cafe in Santa Ana and random parties followed. Their sound began to mature as they did. Winning a battle of the bands at the Showcase Theatre in Corona, they put the cash prize towards recording thier 6 song 7" vinyl ep, "CAN'T PULL MY STRINGS". It was produced by Jim Monroe at For The Record Studios in Orange. Many more shows followed and on the verge of a breakup the lineup was solidified with Sid on bass, while Scott remained strictly on Vocals. They continued writing music and opening for such bands as Good Riddance, The Swingin' Utters, The Joykiller, Fury 66, Ensign, Chuck, Backside, D.I., Haulin'Ass, Clint, etc. Breaking up in late 1997, they re-united in late 1998 to play a few shows and record a 7 song cd-ep called "THE OPERATION ROOM" with Jeff Forrest at Doubletime Studios in San Diego. All of this before any of them turned 20 years old. At the time of their breakup, Ian and Jarrod went on to form Death By Stereo with Paul & Jim Miner (Clean-X) and Efrem Schultz (Clint). Since leaving Death By Stereo, Ian has gone on to play in Sense Field, Further Seems Forever and The Aquabats, and Jarrod has toured and/or recorded with Adamantium, The Vandals, American Nightmare, The Hope Conspiracy, The Suicide File, Throwdown, A Static Lullaby, Jamison Parker, Bars, When Tigers Fight, Paper Models, The Lionhearts, etc.etc.etc.etc.
