Myspace Contact TablesGeneral interesting background about me:My father is latvian, and so my name is actually a latvian word that means "sweet child". My last name Berzins means birch tree. And my hebrew name is night. So, I'm a sweet child of the night..in a birch tree! Basically my mom's side is western european/german jewish and my dad's side is Latvian. Although I am jewish by birth I consider myself more spiritual and also culturally jewish than organized religiony...Nothing makes me happier than real people...no inhibitions, no predispositions, honesty, and brutally passionate love. I'm hoping to eventually work for a television network, ideally in children's programming/cartoons/voice-overs and/or advertising. More than anything I want to do voice-overs for cartoons on Nickelodeon or Disney and be a production assistant, so I will need to eventually and hopefully SOOn move to CA. I love to sing and act too, so I'm hoping I can do some thing with that. My friends say I should go on "Who's Line is it Anyway?", but I think that requires a great deal of quickness and mental acuity that I just don't know if I have! I'm in the hartford chorale, a professional chorus of 155 people, ages 17 to 70. This summer from June 20th to July 4th we were invited to sign at the Pre-olympic cultural festival in Beijing! I'll also be traveling to Qindao, and Xi'an. I have been in professional choruses since I was little and I also LOVE karaoke. What luck that I find out about this chorale this year and get to go to CHINA! Some members of the chorale were also recently on WFSB's tv show "better conecticut" with Scott Haney. We sang the theme song to the Sound of Music. In China we will also be singing two chinese songs; Itaipu and Da Hai, as well as Beethoven's 9th. Anyway, what else? I'm artistic, EXTREMELY goofy, and spontaneous. I've played the piano since I was five, but haven't taken lessons in years. Still, I find it more fun to figure out the tunes to my favorite songs through trial and error than just playing sheet music. Okay, that's enough boring background info. Or is it? Mwahaha! Well, I live in West Hartford CTand I love sushi, gummy bears and chocolate. I hope that one day, someone will see a cartoon and see my name in the credits. I love doing voices, and I can manipulate my voice to different ranges, accents, and mimic others...everything from Eric Cartman to Dr. Evil. So that's a little idea about me:). Also, if you ever want to shoot the breeze about ANYTHING i'm up for it. ..
