Fire Marshal

I'm a man who loves God and tries to walk in his will. I pray everyday that God will make me a better and better person. I travel a path never alone because God travels with me. I'm by no means a perfect person. I have made many mistakes in my life and I have and am trying to make up for them and not repeat them. Even though I haven't finished my story you can read parts one and two and understand what some of my mistakes have been. I try to hurt no one but as I have said I'm not perfect and I have been trying to make ameads to the people I have hurt in the past. I am who I am.I have worked for the Georgia State Fire Marshal's Office in the Hazardous Materials Division for 23 years. For the 4 years I have worked as the North Georgia Supervisor in the Hazardous Materials Division.I love firefighting but haven't been directly involved with a Department for about a year now. Over the years I have been with several departments and have held the positions of Lt., Capt., Asst. Chief, and Chief.I believe we are on earth for a reason and I personally believe that reason is to help people with the gifts God has given us. Each one of us should leave the earth with it being a better place because we were here.(I wish I had written this myself but it is no less true.) Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, and fabulous? Actually, who are you NOT to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It is not just in some of us, it is in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.
