Heres some words and explainations that I think descibe me
PUNK ROCKER.
The world has seen more than 30 years of punkrock and after all this time there are a lot of things that make punk almost a way of life, it sounds like a wank, but i beleive that the bands, the music, the people and the politics in the punk genre/scene effect me every day in the decisions I make and the way I live my life. Forget the negetive jaded punkrockers who hate on people for trivial bullshit, there are so many positive things that come from punk, like a sense of community, a belief that you can be yourself, questioning authority, living your life the way you choose, DIY, anti consumerism, compassion and respect for others. I believe that I and most other punks see through the fake bullshit that the media, corporations, con artists and religious types push on us, as a whole, for their own gain. We look for whats real and true. I suppose lots of people who don't consider themselves punk live like this, but it's definatly something I see in most punkrockers.
I play in a band called La Haine. Go to my friends below for a listen.

Before playing in La Haine I played in Charter 77 for 8 years and before that No Idea for 1 year. My frist band was called Amplexus, we played a lot in a garage in Spotswood and entered a battle of the bands comp where the judges compaired us to Beanflipper, we came second on the night but it didn't matter cause we were compaired to such a great band. Years later La Haine was asked to play one of Beanflippers last shows!
