Rich has played with some of the most legendary superstars in the music industry including Bruce Springsteen, Jon Bon Jovi, Lady Gaga, Glen Matlock (Sex Pistols), Neal Schon (Journey), Michael Anthony (Van Halen), Tommy Shaw (Styx), Jack Blades (Night Ranger), Chad Taylor (Live), Chris Kirkpatrick (N'Sync), Patti Scialfa (E Street Band), Bobby Bandiera (Southside Johnny/Bon Jovi), Southside Johnny, Lou 'Blue Lou' Marini (Blues Brothers), Donny Osmond, (Donny & Marie), and Grammy nominated country artist James Otto--among others. He has toured the USA, Japan, Europe, Canada, Mexico, and South America with various artists including Buddahead and John Eddie, and is constantly sough after for his soild hard hitting grooves and positive attitude.
