About Me

I started in college as a graphic artist then ceramics was fantastic fun..then industrial design.. then painting..then crafts metalsmithing.. I try everything.. then got interested in furniture and scuplture, a B.A. in furniture/design from Cal.State Long Beach. Then got an MA from Goddard College furniture as sculpture. I discovered super 8 movies and started to make movies then.. The magic of digital came around and in 2000 started to learn about digital film. CMAC (comunity access TV channel 17 ) here in Santa Barbara Ca. provided me a chance to learn to make TV shows.. I did about 200 shows from camera,lights,sound, floor directing, CG, switcher, and DIRECTING. Now I do my own docs. for an art show ON CHANNEL 17 here. At S.B. City College learning to do the full time film production, we are working on HALO this summer an indie film. I just finished work as a camera grip on a new film ANNABEL LEE, to be out soon. Doing a doc. on a painter doing a landscape now..Put it on TV chan.17 here in santa barbara.. Anyone go to Kauai for fun?? Do it on bikes?? I bike on the Big Island, Maui, Honolulu all over.. I learned a few years ago I have a learning disability and that did control my life over the years.. I did not know about the disability in school, no one told me. I guess it did not stop me..just low grades..hard to do grad school, but I did that too.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

all the people out there making films and all the fun that goes along with it.. lady artists and creative people are cool to meet too. Like ladies who are "hell bent" to make movies too. got to like to run and swim in the ocean and surf is cool.. outodoors person..camping s is fun. bike rides are good too..offroad bike is fun and streets too.

film work

just got off working 24/7 for 6 weeks on a film ANNABLE LEE as a camera grip... that was fun and lots of hard work.. I was just almost in shape for it.. it the work just burned me out and the back bit...

making movie

Making films is lots of fun making mostly docs. but at schools we are making a film named HALO AFECT (that is the last name) and i am lerning more each time we go to work..It is lots of fun and looks ...
