I love all kinds of history books, mainly Russian, Celtic, Ancient history/literature. Art stuff (overview of artistic genres, artist bios(like Kandinsky, Mondrian, Photography-Nature/Avedon/Rockn'freakinRoll, cityscapes/architecture, etc) I love trying to read books in other languages, so as not to lose anything in the translation process: Dual language books, like my 'Also Sprach Zarathustra'-Nietzche, bunch of Spanish stories by Jorge Luis Borges, Miguel De Unamuno 'Don Quixote'-Cervantes. All my Armenian books, even the kiddie ones, my Latin stuff that I really need to pick up again: Catullus, Caesar's Gaulic Wars, ancient epics, I won't go into them all. OK, Rusky's: Dostoevsky, Tolstoy, Gogol, Zamyatin, Solshenitsyn, Chekov, Pasternak. My Brits & Irishmen: Edward Gorey, Bronte sisters, Shakespeare, Oscar Wilde, Dickens, Keats, Byron, J.R.R. Tolkien. Yippie, Americans!:Mark Twain, Douglas Coupland, Hemmingway, Sedaris. I'll throw in philosophy, Herbal and health crap, anything that'll make me laugh. Not a fan of science fiction novels, or mysteries.
