STEPHEN QUADROS STEPS DOWN FROM SHERDOG RADIO SHOW
"After a very rewarding term working with Sherdog.com, I was forced to make a very difficult decision and have decided to discontinue my radio show. I am so busy these days that I had to make some changes and downsize my workload. I wish I could do everything but unfortunately I can't. The Sherdog brass has been very supportive and understanding of my decision. So, as of January 1, 2008, 'The Stephen Quadros Show On The Sherdog Radio Network' will be a fond memory. STEPHEN QUADROS ON SHOWTIME!
THE FIGHT PROFESSOR JOINS SHOWTIME'S LATEST MMA SERIES
On Friday, July 27, 2007, Stephen Quadros made his debut as color commentator/analyst on Showtime's new mixed martial arts program ShoXC: Elite Challenger Series. "The Fight Professor" worked along side play-by-play ace Mauro Ranallo (The Fight Network). Mr. Quadros also handled the post fight interviews.
A historic point of fact: Quadros and Ranallo have both served as play-by-play commentators for the Pride Fighting Championships at different times.
"I am very excited about working with Mauro and the entire Showtime crew," says Quadros.
The series premiered live on Friday, July 27th at 11 p.m. ET/PT (delayed on the West Coast), from Chumash Casino Resort in Santa Ynez, Calif.
