About Me

The songs on this MySpace page are culled from the in-progress album, currently entitled, "AID$ $CAM." To find out why they were written, please read the blog "Album Liner Notes." The album was first performed at the State University of New York at Purchase by the MYTHBUSTERS on April 23,1998-- the fourteenth anniversary of the infamous Margaret Heckler/Robert Gallo press conference (the one that began the myth that "HIV" was the cause of AIDS). The lineup for that show was Ryan Cavan on drums, Bob DiBennardo on bass, Steve Goodman on piano, and Glenn Walsh on guitar, with Bob, Steve, and Glenn singing, as well as Sharin Duffy performing keyboards and vocals on two songs. For the current recordings of these songs, Glenn played all of the non-keyboard instruments, which were handled by Steve. The voices of Bob, Steve, and Glenn are joined by Joey Anderson and Danielle Zanghi. Josh Alpert, Michael Bram, Scott Goodman and Lucy DeJesus are featured on other songs. Steve continues to search for more vocal talent to adorn his compositions, in the hopes that a vocally varied, professionally mixed, and mastered album will serve the efforts of AIDS Dissidents all over the world. Perhaps an artistic cultural vehicle for spreading the truth about AIDS and ending the lies about "HIV" will succeed where science, medicine, government, and our mainstream media have thus far failed. This MySpace site address is currently called "explaination" due to the fact that "mythbusters" was already taken by the TV show. According to Wikipedia, the show was originally pitched to the Discovery Channel in 2002. Steve wishes them well. Thanks to Frank Lusardi for creating a great website at www.rethinking.org/aidsscam for the lyrics to the first ten AID$ $CAM songs (yes, there are more--it's a big subject), complete with hyperlinked endnotes and links to book covers and scientific articles.
