About Me

I am a singer/songwriter living in the Twin Cities. My musical exploration started in fourth grade after I took up steady guitar lessons. In the back of Jerry’s Music in Bedford County, Pennsylvania I learned my beginning chords and played along with one of the first songs I learned: a taped recording of Eric Clapton’s "Tears in Heaven." Since that time, I have slowly evolved, playing covers in college dorm rooms and open mics with an original piece here and there. I then spent two years in AmeriCorps with Guadalupe Alternative Progams on the Westside of St. Paul. The students there are encouraged to follow their dreams and encouraged me to follow mine. I became much more motivated to write and play my own music. Now, here I am in the Twin Cities, writing, recording, performing, and survivin’.
