Just added to YouTube, our new INFINITY Meditation.
Carmen Warrington's meditation recordings have helped thousands of people all over the world find inner peace and power. She has an amazingly soothing voice. Many people comment on "the voice of peace" and how it has helped them to relax, meditate and even drift off to peaceful sleep.

Carmen's first best-selling book Today I will ... 100 ways to make your life calm and creative was published by Lothian Books in July 2001. To accompany the book, she recorded a CD of meditations "Today I will... meditations to make your life calm and creative". Her second book Who am I? Discover your inner world was published by Lothian in May 2004.

New album: The Hour of Nectar
Meditation music with the healing sounds of Tibetan, Japanese and quartz crystal singing bowls. Recorded at the special meditation time of 4am. This music has been described as profoundly peaceful and extremely relaxing. It also features an extra mp3 track which is the audio soundtrack of the movie "At the centre of your mind". Carmen has been studying the art of meditation since 1984, through the Brahma Kumaris, and has developed her unique and subtle art of transporting audiences to a higher plane of consciousness. She has released a dozen meditation CDs and cassettes for the Brahma Kumaris. As a meditation guide she has helped millions of people throughout the world find inner peace and power. She frequently conducts guided meditations at public events. Carmen also produces and performs in the "Sounds of Peace" concerts, which are special meditation through music evenings.

Peaceful
This is a collection of dreamy guided visualisations with beautiful music, using imagery from Nature to create a very deep and lovely feeling of peace. Please visit again soon as we will be uploading the rest of this collection over the coming months.

Today I will ...
We have sold thousands of this CD around the world, it seems to appeal to people of all nationalities, even some who don't speak english! We all need nurturing and a little space for ourselves every once in a while. Here are seven gorgeous creative meditations, complemented by a rich music soundscape. "This amazingly beautiful CD ensures complete relaxation so easily and perfectly." Elizabeth Stephens, Editor, Living Now Magazine. Designed for listening at low levels.

AtmaSphere: The Peace Tracks
AtmaSphere was an ambient - jazz - fusion ensemble of the nineties. In this collection we are including all the peaceful tracks, which includes some of David's percussion instrumentals and some spoken word meditations with groove.

Shimmer
Shimmer was our recording band of the late nineties. Bright popsongs with uplifting lyrics containing spiritual themes. Kids get a lot out of these songs.

Meditations on Love
This beautiful recording examines the state of love and unity using a wide variety of musicians and instrumentation. The recording of this album was facilitated by Brahma Kumari meditation techniques upon each of the themes.

The Sounds of Peace
This collection reflects the Sounds of Peace concert that we perform as a duo. The concerts are usually quite dreamy and meditative, but we also include a few of our "peace-rap songs" which are a bit more lively. We tell audiences they can expect to float home afterwards! We'll upload more tracks over the coming months, but currently you can find here the very popular peace-rap "Who am I?".
