Layout by CoolChaser Background from flickr userI am a real silly girl. Laugher is my inspiration. I don't know what I would do without all those times I've cried so hard from laughing with friends. I met my best friend, Sarah, the first day of first grade and we've been laughing at our shared life experiences since. With Dana's motorboatin', Amy's potty videos, and Megan's CTA bum harrassment, there's never a dull moment that passes. I am so greatful for my friends' senses of humor. It really is a valued possession, and makes their characters shine so bright.
I have a fantastic boyfriend named Nick, who will not only live in my heart forever but will remain infamous in the many many pictures posted on this site. I never knew what great laughter, smiles and "Awww" moments were possible before I met him.
Time is a strange thing and oh so precious. You cannot slow it down, speed it up or even pause it, you're only lucky if you happen to catch it in a picture. All you can do is sit back and witness the power it has to change your surroundings. I live a fast paced life and at times I wish it weren't passing me by. There's so many times I think and feel like something just happened yesterday, but I blinked in between and before I know it, it's been years past. I try to grab a hold of everyday and make it into a memory. A lot of times it's the times you don't concentrate on that you remember and hold onto.
I work and play hard, (mostly at the same time). I absolutally love to travel and cannot wait until the next time I get to play in the waves of the ocean. A Sunday afternoon is the best time to grab a friend and enjoy downtown Chicago. I drop my cell phone about 5 times a day. I love to snowboard, dance, and play frisbee in the park or lake. I'm a fan of the Fighting Irish, Packers, Young Frankenstein, Adam Brody and pickles. Early Sunday morning thunderstorms are the best kind. I love to write and hope to make money doing it someday soon. I have so many ideas which flow through my head but I can't seem to type or write fast enough to get them out. Hopefully I'll catch up with it one of these days and produce a novel. In the meantime I'm a Junior at Roosevelt University, double majoring in Finance and HR management.
