About Me

I would describe myself as educated, fun, outgoing, kind, and friendly. I'm pretty easy-going and I like trying new things. I love kids and find people fascinating. I love having intelligent conversations, but I also like the fun no pointer ones too. . For the most part I love being with my friends and just hanging out at eachothers houses. I just transfered from Idaho State University and am now a sophomore at Boise State and am majoring in International Sociology. I participate in lots of activities and love doing many random things. Check out my general interests and that pretty much sums those up. I am my own person, I love my independence, learning, growing, family, and music. I love literature that provocs thinking and controversy. And I like to make people laugh..although sometimes I wonder if they're laughing at me..hmmm.... I just like having Fun.

My Interests

I like being with my friends, that's where you'll find me most the time. But I love my alone time too. One of my passions is Dirt-biking. It's a GREAT stress reliever. I also love playing my instruments: bassoon, saxophone. I enjoy Rollerblading with Josie and making fun of Amy. Hiking, Camping, 4-wheeling, snowmobiling, pretty much anything outdoors.I like learning about new things and meeting new people. Playing soccer, basketball and other sports with my friends, or just sitting in basements talking or playing other silly games. Fun games at night, where hopefully I won't fall down a window well and break my back (Ouch, that one hurt). Good discussions, being around my brothers,I love my family and find my parents fascinating, if not crazy. And I like to do other random, daily things like tennis, bowling, pool is great fun, cards, cow tipping (that actually doesn't work, tried it), Playing "Hey Cow!"... And other dumb things we do in Idaho when there is nothing else to do. Skiing, horseback riding, Making Orange Julius with Ryan and Loyd, and cookies at Jeff's house, while destroying his kitchen :"Yes, Ryan, oranges do come pre-cut."

Music:

I listen to pretty much everything. My favorite band is Dave Mathews, 50 Cent is mine and Josies summer CD, hip-hop if I'm with Rachel. and Green Day. Jack Johnson, Bad religion, Cake, etc.I also Love Jazz, Frank Sinatra, Dizzy Gillespie, I could go on and on. It's the music I listen too studying, or relaxing. It's pretty much too cool for the room. I know everyone else usually hates it, but.. I really don't care.

Movies:

Yep.. I like movies. Comedies mostly, but pretty much all the genres are good except maybe western. Anything with Johnny Depp....

Television:

I watch very little tv. What I do watch is Grey's Anatomy, Friends, and Family guy... That's pretty much it. .. width="425" height="350" .... width="425" height="350" ..

Books:

Anything by Ray Bradbury; Farhenheit 451, Dandelion Wine; Illistrated Man, all of his short stories. Hamlet, Othello, Any Shakespeare. Jude Tyler; Anita Stansfield; Maeve Binchy Any book that brings out truths and sparks the mind to think for itself and make opinions. 1984, Catcher in the Rye, Ordinary People, The Princess Bride; Lord of the Flies; Brave New World; Nite; Mans search for meaning;Bless the beasts and children... Gables against the Sky..Wind, sand and stars. THe list could go on...and on....

Heroes:

I don't really have "heroes" I do, however, have people that I admire. Mainly the people who have the courage to stand up for their rights and what they believe in. Thaddeus, is one. He knows what life is about and tries his best and does everything in his power to support his family. Josie, for another, just because. I heart her.
