Hi, I'm a 18 year old bassist from Monroe, Michigan. I began playing bass about 7 years ago, but my interest for all types of music started long before that. I believe that the electric bass guitar is a really one of the last frontiers of musical experimentation, and that it has much more potential than most give it credit for.
How i feel and whats around me almost always effects how and what i play. To me, the bass is my ultimate method of emotional expression. I learned to play by analyzing the playing of my influences, spending many hours online watching clips of other bass players, not limiting myself to the music I'm exposed to, keeping an open mind to all forms of artistic expression, and most off all just getting out there and playing my heart out. I just hope you enjoy what you hear as much as i do.
