I attend Blackman High where I am a senior! It's about time to get out of that school, but I will miss my friends. My belief in God is very important to me. My youth group is the most important group I belong to right now. Some people think church is boring it is if you don't get involved. I was in that same boat about four years ago when I move into the youth group at my church. I didn't know but only a few people in the group I didn't know the songs that was sung. I didn't really want to go down there during Sunday School time, but people started to come up to ask me about myself. You know what in about a year I started to be there. It was because of I saw Jesus through all those people, and a need of a support group to encourge me in my own faith. Now I wish I could do a year over again in my stundent minstry. At least in my youth group (I can't say for all) we try not to judge one another one things we done, way we look, talk. In Romans 14:13 "Let us not therefore judge one another any more: but judge ye this rather, that no man put a stumbling block in his brother's way, or an occasion of falling."
Also, Hebrews 10:25 says "not forsaking our own assembling together, as the custom of some is, but exhorting one another; and so much the more, as ye see the day drawing nigh." Some of my best friends wouldn't have been possible if I didn't go into my youth group, cause we love each other from the heart deeply . I urge you to find a group of christian where you can just be yourself, and not conform into everyone else. If you are saying I can walk with God by myself, that is one of the devil's greatest lies. Satan doesn't want us to be happy and have that bond as Christians. If you would like a youth group to be a part of, or just visit message me. No matter who you are, our youth group mission statement is "Loving God and other." I for real guys I went through some pretty hard times in my life, and I learned you need someone to help you up when the world pushes you down. Society tells us just do what you want and live for today. In a flash this life will be gone, and you better be concern about your enternal life. Now is the time to get right with God, because tomorrow is not certain. No matter what you past is God will holds out his hands, and welcome you home! It's because of all that at I plan to work in some kind of ministry when I get to be a adult. I am also an Eagle Scout. I am physically handicapped, but that doesn't hold me back from anything. Some people might think I am a retard when they meet me. After a while of knowing me, you just see that I am a regular person. My best friends is the unoffical "bennie babies", or what ever their new name is.
