About Me

Mom I love you so much. You were such an amazing woman. I am so blessed to have had you as my Mom. I am going to miss you so much. Thank you for all you have given me, espcially the all of the love and the wonderful memories.

I am originally from LA, then I lived outside of Boston for a year, then it was onto Vegas, baby, Vegas, and now I reside in Denver. I am now a Meteorologist!!! and I have a job at NCAR (National Center for Atmospheric Research) as an associate scientist. Yeah it is pretty sweet, I am a scientist, who knew that would happen! So you could say I am a weather nut. My husband, Lyric, is an awesome hockey goalie.

My Interests

Weather...obviously! I love to read. Watching Lyric play hockey. Hanging out with my sis and watching skinny bitches or really cool forensic scientists...lol! I am such a nerd!

I'd like to meet:

Interesting people with open minds, and cool stuff to talk about.

Music:

I like all kinds of music. But I would have to say I am a rock kinda gal. My fave band has to be 311, and I love Audio slave, I also love deftones, korn, stp, the foo, and nin. But you could give my some jazz and blues any day!! I have to admit I like the catchy top 40 stuff, anything a girl can boogie to.

Movies:

Knocked Up, Kill Bill, Anchorman, Office Space, Heat, Elf....and so many more that I can't think of right now!!

Television:

Nip Tuck, America's Next Top Model (I know, I know, but I LOVE it!), Any flip this or that kind of house show. My new tv loves are Law and Order SVU and CSI. Got to love the drama!

Books:

I love Stephen King. My fave is the Dark Tower Series and am so sad that it is over. I just love to read, mostly fiction. I am always into some book or another, so any suggestions are always appreciated (except romance novels...yuk!). Micheal Marshall is also one of my new faves.

Heroes:

My Mom is out of ICU and going strong.
