I love to create music, play guitar and be honored to be with those who also enjoy this process. I enjoy writing about the experiences that I've had with people and the stories that I have heard. I'm also a therapist, wife and mother. Being a mom is the most creative and greatest thing I can imagine doing. Doesn't mean that you lose yourself, it means that everything about you is enhanced and I mean everything, the good and the bad. I think that's why I was given this child, to work on both of those segments of life, the good and the bad. I've come to realize that "in between" ain't so bad and is actually a great place to live. Friendships are extremely important to me. Without them, people seem lost. William Glasser says that the definition of happiness is being connected to people you want to be connected to and that the definition of unhappiness is when you've done something to cause a disconnect with the people that you want to be connected to. I believe this wholeheartedly. I believe that people can change or I wouldn't be in the business I'm in and I believe that forgiveness is a huge key in the process. Forgiveness of self and then getting on with it.
