About Me

John Adam Wuest was born in 1814. John Adam emigrated from Prussia (Sinzig) to the Detroit, Michigan area in 1854. John Adam and his wife Agnes Schnieder/Wuest settled in St. Clair, Michigan. John Adam had three girls (Theresa/Fasbender-Lena/Sterling-Anna/Parker Horn) and one son whom he named Anthony(Tony) Wuest (May-22-1863). John (Johann Adam) died March-1st-1887. He was seventy three years old.Johns son Tony married Natalie(Nettie M. Moans. Tony and Nettie had eleven children and adopted their youngest daughter Nellie's child Ann (Biscarner) as their twelfth child. Tony and Nettie's children follow in order as: Agnes/1885-Mable/1887-William/1889-Bessie/1891-Florence/1893 -Charles/1894-Roy/1897-Albert/1899-Eyla/1901-Ervin/1903-Nell ie /1903. Tony and Nettie then adopted Nellie's daughter Ann after Nellie died from child-birth complications. Ann and her husband George Biscarner live up in St. Clair, Michigan today. They have a big family with many grandchildren.There are many of us Wuest's out there today still bearing and raising Wuest children. Brick Wuest has recently passed away on August/16th/07. Brick leaves his wife Glenace Mary (Robert) Wuest behind. Also three daughters ( Carol Ann (Passed on November-1st-2008)- Susan Kay-Debra Lou) with grandchildren and great-grandchildren in Lebabnon, Ohio.Also Brick's nephew Allen passed away this Summer (2007)and Allen leaves behind his daughter Cathy Wuest who lives in Lexington, Ky. Cathy is a nurse and has recently moved into Al's house. Charles Wuest has a grandson named Mark, who along with his wife Mindi and their three daughters ( Sara Michelle- Samantha Jordyn & Shannon Alexa Wuest) are living in Chicago. Mark's brother Matthew lives in California. Charles also has other grandchildren Aaron and Christopher and Brian. And a number of granddaughters, along with his two daughter's Joyce and Karen, that are still out there. Roy and his wife Ethel had nine children with seven sons.Roy and Ethel settled in Toledo where Roy was a lake freighter Captain for the Interlake Steamship Company. There are quite a number of family members in that clan. They follow as Howard-Bill-Jerry-Mary-Lois-Jim-Bob-Tom & Danny Wuest. Tony and Nettie's youngest son Ervin has a son Anthony Leo and a grandson Anthony Ray ,and his son Anthony Joshua,all currently living in Georgia. Since and including John Adam there has been sixty Wuest males in that line, and fifty Wuest girls born. This does not include the name of the son's and daughters born to the Wuest ladies. I will attempt to add those names later on. Also there are many of the Wuest families that I have yet to identify. May you all finally be getting acquainted in our Fathers house.
