I finished my degree in sculpture and drawing at Canterbury Christ Church University just over a year ago, I am now trying to make a living as an artist, which, if i am honest is not going to badly really.I am now an artist in residence at Stewards School, Harlow. Teaching mainly Drawing and some Sculpture. There has recently been an exhibition at the Civic Centre in Harlow of work i have done with a variety of different age groups within the school.I spend most of my time drawing, i am able to collect information and toy with ideas for sculptures with out making them.I work in a variety of different materials: clay, found objects and materials, wood, stone and metal. most of these are really quite small but have the potential of becoming much bigger, space as always is an issue.I am desperatly looking for a studio space, so desperate in fact, i am going to empty the garage. For those of you who have seen my garage you will know what i am talking about.
