My Interests

i love Jesus and everything about him, i love early morngings before anyone else gets up, i love meeting new people, i love building the amazing, breathtakingly incredible House of God, i love getting on a plane and traveling anywhere and everywhere, photography, architecture, interior design, politics, anything to do with Africa having lived in Kenya for nearly 15 years, sudoko puzzles, the wonderful golden oldies at the retirement home where i work, jogging, i love my too good to be true family, sleeping in, eating three course meals, breakfast in bed, taking a walk after it's snowed, any competative game, smiling at complete strangers and seeing them react, i love cheesecake, watching figure skating, new york, english premier league, sitting and looking at the stars after a full day, chai latte and starbucks, reading books that challenge the way i think, the beach, getting gifts, driving fast (sorry dad), seeing justice prevail, coldplay concerts, lumi lumi massages:), my pool and tennis court, writting, seeing people cry in worship, going to Parklea Markets for fruits and veggies each week, cheap 'designer' clothes from china, introducing someone to a great movie for the first time, i love laughing so hard i cry...

the only music you won't find on my ipod is country...love jazz, all worship music, Lifehouse, Jimmy Eat World, Starfield, Damien Rice, Brooke Fraiser, snowpatrol, u2, coldplay, and some very scary 80's music like Black Box and others that I don't dare mention!

tears of the sun, amelie, father of the bride (any nancy meyer's movie), lord of the rings trilogy, shawshank redemption, pride and prejudice (the BBC one), hotel rwanda, tommy boy, along came polly, king arthur, matrix (the first one), napoleon dynomite, anchorman, crash, pirates of the carribean

fawlty towers, alias, friends reruns, travel shows...don't really watch a lot of tv

cannot put down 'what's so amazing about grace' right now...a must read for everyone; cry the beloved country, the jesus i never knew, schindler's ark, autobiographies, everything Jane Austin and Oscar Wilde, 1984, blue like jazz, the bible
