About Me

The Birds In The Meadow is a one woman show serving up sassy handmade one-off adornments for one of a kind women and girls; quirky, unique jewellery made from recycled, salvaged, vintage materials and love.

This is an ethical business; not only do you get unique and beautiful kick ass jewellery, you are also buying low impact, environmentally friendly and sweatshop free! I make jewellery from vintage, recycled or salvaged materials, things that people will hopefully want to keep around forever. I drink a LOT of tea in the process, and sometimes eat a lot of cake as well.I'm also working on individually made packaging invented specifically for each thing I sell. I'm going to ask that after you've finished with the packaging, you recycle it too.I have no ambition to mass produce any of my designs. That's not the point. To me the point is making something unique for you that you will love for years and that won't hurt the environment in the process. And drink lots of tea and eat lots of cake while doing it!Want to know more? Find me at:- The Birds In The Meadow . I am also on Etsy and DaWanda!
