I was born in Ft Sam Houston, TX. When I was 3 we moved to Thornton, CO where I lived until 1995 when I graduated from Thornton High School. I then moved to Tucson, AZ to attend the University of Arizona. While there I met the most wonderful man in the world and on January 8, 2000 we got married. I graduated from the Univ in August 2001 with a degree in Special Education and Rehabilitation with a specialty in Severe and Profound and an emphasis in English. We moved to Sierra Vista, AZ for a year while John was on internship. We then moved to Lauderdale, MN so John could finish his last year of Seminary. After that we moved to White Sulphur Springs, MT (where we are now) and John was ordained on September 7, 2003. After a very long process we submitted our adoption paperwork. Valerie Elizabeth was born April 10, 2005 in Guatemala and we went to pick her up on September 3, 2005. She is the light of our lives and we can't imagine life without her. I now run a daycare out of my home and John works hard to keep the church running.
