.... .....Kosovo is in the southern part of Serbia. It makes up about 15 percent of Serbia's Land. In the year 1389 an important battle took place on kosovo between the Muslim Ottomen Empire and the Christian Serbians. The Serbians, led by Prince Lazar and other Serbian lords, chose to die at Kosovo for the Serbian religion and lands. The battle was fought brutely and all of the Serbians on Kosovo perished along with Lazar. The Ottomens were also destroyed and Sultan Murad perished by the blade of Milos Obilic. Some 4o years later the Ottomens returned and took the weak state of Serbia. For 500 years Serbs were oppressed by the Ottomen Empire but in the late 1800s Serbia broke free of the Turkish rule and once again established its borders in the balkans. Serbia has been an ally of the west through both World Wars,But in 1998-1999 when Serbia, by right, defended its people in Kosovo from albanian terrorism we were bombed for 78 days by the U.S and NATO. Our nation and lands were givin away and Serbs were now the enemy of Europe. In 2003 Albanian terrorists targeted Serbian churches and homes. The U.S and NATO did not respond. Now it is 2009, Kosovo is again being occupied, ripped away, and stolen from the Serbian people. The traitors, like current president Boris Tadic and his administration are trading Kosovo along with our heroes just so they can join the EU. FREEDOM OR DEATH. To hell with the EU and Tadic. WE WILL NEVER GIVE KOSOVO OR FORGET OUR HEROES AND OUR HERITAGE.
