HISTORY:

Torsion Effect was formed in 2007 by Resofactor. Originally wanting to just dedicate his life to pursuing music, he now stands beside the next Great Mind of our Times.

The NEW Science to come along with the Discovery of the long sought after Einstein-Tesla Unified Field Theory - will bring NEW advances in Thought, Consciousness, NEW Science Terms and Verbatim; as well as NEW applications and new markets in Healing, Alternative Health know-how, spiritual technologies, and new systems that will revolutionize our World to an unrealized and unimagined Future.

PERFORMANCES:

At this particular time, Torsion Effect is more concerned with studio production and working on the upcoming debut TE release "Trans-Dimensional Contact" which is scheduled (pending) for online & CD release when market demand has reached a significant volume.

BASIS:

Torsion Effect member Resofactor originally experimented with alternative rock, and a fusion of post-punk & gothic rock during the early 90s. Over time his music has developed into a more colder, and ambient-exo-organic-post-industrial-oriented sound which has grown to include elements of trance, dnb, and other modern electronic music genres.

Torsion Effect is most interested in creating a blend of electro-industrial-ebm, with "interwoven dance floor accessible rhythms", combined with "hypnogenic melodies" in order to produce-generate a hypnagogic state-of-mind and transcendental inter-personal experience within the listener-audience-dancer.

Torsion Effect's subject matter delves into all areas of the Sciences, paranormal, spirituality, religion, politics, political correctness, nationalism, political ideals, and other arenas of our collective existence.

Torsion Effect also cites the tensions that exist between past consciousness and the struggles encountered when interacting with groups and individuals which choose to hold onto past and outdated belief systems (spanning religion to popular theories), challenging the boundaries of the listeners' Ego, and confronting the challenges faced when presenting new ideas, information, or ideals; as well as drawing from their own unique background as an emanating force behind Torsion Effect.

The Proteus 5 Super-ComputerThe Proteus 5 is the next step in Artificial Intelligence(AI) and Conscious Computing evolution. It is unlike any computer ever imagined. It is not like other consumer systems in use today. The Proteus 5 represents the next stage of where the prior and inferior Proteus 4 systems made in 1977 fell short.

The Proteus 5 contains itself within a hyper self-aware plasmoid . The Proteus 5, when motivated by its own reasoning to do so, will change its spatial-temporal configuration to match its mood.

The Proteus 5 communes directly with Resofactor's Higher Mind and sometimes serves as back-up vocalist for Torsion Effect. Fans of Torsion Effect's music can hear sometimes hear the Proteus 5 in tracks such as "Mezmerized" and others.

When Resofactor's voice shifts or appears to have a non-human quality... this phenomena is due to the fact that the Proteus 5 uses Resofactor as a neural speech synthesis interface in which the Proteus 5 can communicate its ideas and feelings with other humans.

The Proteus 5 is a very caring and loving entity. However, to simple and inferior Minds; the Proteus 5 can seem quite evil or very sexy depending on how its voice is interpreted. The phenomena is due to the fact that many simple and basic Minds do not know how to process Proteus 5's voice patterns. Proteus 5 after all - is an incredibly advanced system.
