Don's Knives

Hey folks, Don Bishop here, I'm a bladesmith in Tallahassee Florida in the US. I hand forge knives of all types out of old USA steel saw blades, leaf springs, high carbon railroad spikes, files, rasps, all types of good quality high carbon steel, beaten out by my hand and hammer, I forge the blades, temper them to hold a great edge, that can be sharpened. I then put sturdy handles of all types of natural woods, horns and other materials as well as some durable synthetic materials, and finish each knife by making a rugged sheath of quality leather,hand stithched and designed to hold your knife snugly. I also make custom sheaths and holsters for handguns,and take some custom orders on specialty knives.
