We are an independent record label committed to fostering the growth of up and coming artists creating beautiful, original music. We strive to have music from really good musicians who play unique and interesting music that you won't likely hear on your mainstream FM radio. The label currently features many musical talents, most of whom are derived from the wonderful town of Denton, Texas. But we are always open to creative artists from all over the world joining our roster.

SNARKY PUPPY is a large ensemble (between 9 and 12 folks) that plays groove-based, high energy instrumental music. They have shared (or will be sharing) the stage with the likes of Victor Wooten, Marcus Miller, Dubconscious, Mingo Fishtrap, Country Fried Soulband, and Zach Brock's Coffee Acheivers among many more.
MOOSEHOUND is an team of brilliant musicians creating powerful moose-crushing melodies and hypnotic hound-driven rhythms. they play a wide blending epic fusion of chords and beats and sounds, and it's pretty awesome. your mom will love it.
FORJAK makes us happy. This acoustic quartet is spreading it's wonderful amalgamation of classical music, pop, and jazz to the Asian continent like global warming is meltin' them icecaps! Wonderful music to listen to.
HILDEGUNN GJEDREM GROUP brings a new sound to the world (or at least, territory) of vocal jazz. The Norweigan-bred Downbeat Award winner and Montreaux Vocal Jazz Competition finalist has enlisted musicians from 3 continents to communicate her earthy, evocative compositions to the planet.
JOEL FOUNTAIN is the big cheese at SiTMoM and also happens to write some good tunes for damn good musicians. After drumming for the One O'clock lab band and trumpet great Maynard Ferguson, Joel sat down and cranked out a record full of original, acoustic compositions. Jazzy! Modern! Joel Fountain!

It's an exciting time for us because SNARKY PUPPY released their fancy new record BRING US THE BRIGHT in 2008, and they have a great big tour lined up for spring of 2009. MOoSeHoUND is bringing their hot & sweet sounds to CD this spring, and we'll keep you posted on a release date.
