HI THERE,
Fete will be an independent arts fair occurring seasonally (quarterly) some place in London. It will be held in the evening and into the night, and consist of around 30 market stalls of handmade items and ideas and live music.
Hopefully encouraging a forum for collectives and collaborative projects to sell their wares and spread their ideas. Fete will be different to more traditional markets/fairs by supplying cheap stall hire to people who want explore new and fun ways of selling their wares or concepts.
We are currently looking for people to be Fete helpers, stall holders and anyone else interested. Some examples of the kind of stall content we are after are: zine and comic makers, dressmakers, illustrators, painters, printmakers, textile artists, sculptors, industrial designers, jewellers, performers, local record companies, small publishing companies, kissing booths, bakers, preserve makers, knitters, crossword writers, board game makers, etc.
