A singer/songwriter, her sound is a fusion of r&b, reggae, soul, dancehall, and pop with a fresh funkiness that makes her truly unique. Stephanie grew up and lives on a rich variety of music and speaks highly of singers such as Billy Holiday, Whitney Houston, Cherine Anderson, Sam Cooke, Celine Dion, Jill Scott, Angie Stone, Bob Marley, Peter Tosh, Beyonce, Donny Hathaway and Ella Fitzgerald to name a few.A natural beauty, Stephanie epitomises expressions of love, determination and passion, and this is reflected in her life, her strong go-for-it attitude towards her goals, the lyrical contents of her music and her confidence and passion is presented so inately when she graces the mic.
Stephanie's musical journey continues to blossom into the realisation of a dream that has stuck with her since conception; to be a renowned performer.
Stephanie has graced various avenues of music and the performing arts in her short musical journey so far which has enriched her mind and nutured her craft. From cabaret band Steele Force to Ashe Caribbean Performing Arts Ensemble and Academy where she trained and toured as a singer, dancer, and musical theatre actress. There on she starting doing accompanying vocals for both local and international acts. One most impressionable experience is her six (6) months tenure with Basque Band singer Fermin Muguruza where she travelled the wold singing in the aincent european tongue of Basque, French, English and Spanish.The mother of a beautiful daughter, a dynamic woman, a strong character, a warm personality that possesses a drive and determination so admirable, Stephanie is living her dream all the way to the acme of her goals. Stephanie's catalogue already is and promises to be fresh and exciting. "As long as i have life, the journey continues, I'm living the dream, the ultimate is yet to come."Stephanie has under her belt a Sony Music Japan album "J Paradise" with her group UNITZz which was a collaboration and a production of Sly and Robbie, various singles from jamaican producers, namely; Chris Hurst and Kirk Bennett released and in rotation. You can also see her on stage with Groundation, an amazing band from California, and her newest musical family. Stephanie continues to be a work in progress, a beautiful flower blossoming each day. There are no limits, no boundaries and she wants to do it all. AND SHE WILL!
